The IT company developed the new public strategy interactively with dp over 3 months from the WHY to the WHAT and to the HOW. The main focus of the offering strategy was the orchestration of available market technologies and in-house competencies for hybrid and sovereign cloud structures and the brokerage of the resulting services for public administration. The Go2Market was developed nationally and internationally across the different areas of municipal, state and federal level as well as sectors ranging from education to critical infrastructures and public saftey organisations, from administrative citizen services to health services.
And, to ensure that the combined forces of the group of companies were really available for implementation, structural measures were taken and/or a supportive governance framework was created. The entire strategy package was broken down into sub-projects and work plans for implementation and a program management system was established.
